@lawheelock Thanks, I have the CD and I'll investigate. How much/little power does P refer to? Is that range only available with the throttle closed?

Let me jump in here and say that my interest in this airspeed marking doesn't mean its currently acceptable to the Administrator. To me, the TCDS became the governing document at some time in the past, and it says 88 mph. There's no allowance for power on or off. It would be nice to have an original copy of the Aircraft Specification to compare and contrast. My suspicion is that the transition from CAA to FAA involved revamping how data like this was presented. After all, the Operations Limitations booklet allows some "aerobatic" maneuvers that the current TCDS does not. So please don't go out there and remark your ASI's or fly over 88mph with your flaps down because some 75 year old document said you could then.
