Has anyone seen a torque spec for the tailwheel assy to the spring bolt? Looks like it should be basically snug, or the slotted leaf spring wouldn't be able to flex. Yet tight enough so it doesn't wobble around on the spring. Could've swore I had one, but can't find it now. Its a Scott if that matters.

From what I've read, an AN 7 bolt with an AN 310 nut should be between 37.5 and 41.6 ft/lbs. I believe that's from AC43-13.1b

Hope this helps.

Just in case someone finds this post in a search sometime in the future, the ISC has the Scott install sheet for a 108. The bolt is a AN8 with an AN365 self locking nut. No torque is called out on the sheet, so I'm assuming its standard torque. There is also a 108-5311004 bushing that goes inside the slotted spring.
