@dwevenson the casting and sleeve are the same except the 165 is shot peened at the base. You can use a 165 cylinder on a 150 as long as you use the 150 hardware, guides, valves, springs etc...

From what I've read, an AN 7 bolt with an AN 310 nut should be between 37.5 and 41.6 ft/lbs. I believe that's from AC43-13.1b Hope this helps.
